Electrical / Electronics Engineer
- M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Applied Optics, Physics or related fields.
- 10+ experience including
- 3-5 years experience with temperature stabilization and compensation circuitry designs and testing is a must.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience with infrared cooled and un-cooled FPA detector. High volume in a production environment is a must.
- As well as experience with on-chip electronics and read-out circuits.
- Complete knowledge of radiometry, optics, low noise analog design and image processing.
- Knowledge of infrared camera system is a must.
- Knowledge of thermography is an advantage.
- Experience with data analysis and relating results to physical quantities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Written reports and professional paper generation.
- Have written and published technical papers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Senior Accountant
With minimum 5 years Canadian/USA GAAP experience for full-time position. Responsibilities include maintaining G/L accounts to trial balance using Expandable, monthly account, reconciliation, bank reconciliations and preparation of financial statements. Must be proficient in MS Office, Expandable, have an eye for detail, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and perform variety of tasks simultaneously. Excellent command of the English language is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Enrollment in the CGA/CMA preferred.

Qualified US and Canadian Securities Law. Able to deal with media, shareholders,
brokers and transfer agent. Experience with Public company and investment
community essential.
Minimum 5 year experience with Infrared imaging FPA detector and analogue
processing electronics designing. Good knowledge of infrared theory
and electro-optical system design. Minimum 3 year experience with DSP,
FPGA, CPLD design experience and VHDL or equivalent programming ability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in DSP or microprocessor based board level
design, Video board design, Data communication, Digital design based
on FPGA, and VHDL or equivalent programming ability Experience with
TMS320C30 Floating Point DSP Processor and higher is an advantage.
Software Engineer (low level)
Minimum 3 years of experience in C programming, Object oriented, C++ and/or ADA programming, and VHDL or equivalent programming ability. Programming under TMS320C30 Floating Point DSP Processor and higher is an advantage.
Software Programmer
Minimum 3 years of experience in software programming, proficient in Visual Basic, C/C++ and SQL Server , familiar with Object-Orient Programming, knowledge on HTML, XML and Javascript. MCSE (Server 2003) is a plus.
